  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used cannabis products.

2. How to Request a Return

If you believe your product is eligible for a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@wholemeltextractus.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue (including photos, if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for next steps.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect products.

  • We will ship a replacement product once the original item is verified as eligible.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost during shipping, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps.
